Zero data retention, always
The problem

The hidden cost of time review.

The billable hour isn't going anywhere any time soon. And while it's here, the time lawyers spend on things has to be recorded. It has to be communicated. And it has to be checked. This is where FixMyTime comes in. Whether you're a lawyer needing to tidy up your raw time data, or a client checking what you've been charged. FixMyTime is here to help.

Without FixMyTime
·Someone spends hours combing entries line by line — fee-earner time the firm can't bill, or in-house time the client can't spare.
·Block billing, vague narratives, and guideline breaches slip through unnoticed.
·Lawyers face write-offs after the bill goes out; clients pay for time they shouldn't have.
·The work is tedious, repetitive, and consistently one of the least liked tasks on either side.
·Trust between firm and client erodes, and no one is sure exactly where it started.
With FixMyTime
A full month of entries audited against the full ruleset, in minutes.
Every breach flagged on its row, with the rule it broke and where it came from.
A marked-up spreadsheet ready for whoever needs it next — partner, client, or billing team.
Hours given back to lawyers and in-house teams for the work they actually want to be doing.
Fewer surprises at billing time, and a cleaner conversation between firm and client.

Watch a month get cleaned up.

Files are session-scoped. Once you close this window the original spreadsheet, the OCGs, and these outputs are permanently deleted from FixMyTime's infrastructure.

Four steps. Under ten minutes.

1
Upload your data
A set of time entries (exported from Intapp, Carpe Diem, Aderant, etc, or sent over by a firm) and a copy of the rules you want FixMyTime to apply. PDF, Word, or plain text.
2
Confirm the ruleset
FixMyTime preloads the rules it has found and pairs them with its standard checks. Untick anything that doesn't apply, and you're ready to run.
3
Review the flags
A side-by-side pane shows every flagged entry, the rule it broke, and a suggested rewrite. You stay in control of what gets changed, whether you're tidying your own time or querying someone else's.
4
Download the output
Download whatever you need for the next step. Pick a FixMyTime template (marked-up spreadsheet, clean bill narrative, internal review pack), or upload a precedent and FixMyTime will produce the output in your format.

Built for law firm procurement.

Every part of the architecture is designed to satisfy the question your IT team will ask. The same security posture used by BundleRight, our sister product already in production with UK firms.

🔒
AI through AWS Bedrock
FixMyTime uses Anthropic models through AWS Bedrock. Your spreadsheet content is not retained, not logged, and never used to train any model. Anthropic does not receive your data directly.
Session-only processing
Time entries and OCGs are held in a session-scoped folder only. When you close the session, all uploaded files and outputs are permanently deleted. Nothing persists in any database.
🔐
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted with a customer-managed AWS KMS key. Application secrets sit in AWS Secrets Manager. Session identifiers are generated server-side, and client content never appears in logs or URL parameters.
🏗
UK-first infrastructure
Hosted on AWS in the UK (London region, eu-west-2). Application, database, and document processing all run in the UK. Bedrock calls travel over a private VPC endpoint, never the public internet.
📋
Minimal data model
Only your licence key, firm name, and billing email are stored. Client matter content, time entries, and OCGs live only in session memory and are destroyed when the session ends.
🛡
Defence in depth
AWS WAF and per-IP rate limits sit in front of the application. The container runs with a read-only filesystem and dropped Linux capabilities. Operator access uses IAM Identity Center with mandatory MFA, and no long-lived AWS keys exist.
